The African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) is naturally rich in 5-HTP (precursor to the “feel-good hormone” serotonin and the “sleep hormone” melatonin). Lemon balm (Melissa) is naturally rich in essential oils (lemon-like smell), tannins, silymarin, flavonoids, café acid compounds, bitter substances and rosmarinic acid. Passionflower (Passiflora) is naturally rich in alkaloids, flavonoids (including chrysin) and saponins.

B vitamins and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche.

Recommended consumption
Take 1x1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
