The artichoke is a thistle-like plant in the family of the Corblütler, originally from the Mediterranean. Foodies love their tart, delicately aromatic taste. In addition, their uniquely positive properties have been well known since ancient times. Especially after enjoying lavish, high-fat meals, their ingredients, especially the bitter substance cynarin, are highly appreciated. We have added the nutrient choline, which is part of many foods. Choline contributes to normal fat metabolism and maintenance of normal liver function.
The milk thistle is a remarkably pretty, purple flowering plant with prickly stems and leaves that belongs to the family of the basket-flowering family. It is mainly found in the Mediterranean and grows there on dry, stony soils, on the edges of roads and cattle pastures. From its seed-like fruits, a complex of fabrics is obtained, which is named silymarin in accordance with the scientific name of the milk thistle. Only a healthy liver can form the bile, which is important for digestion. That's why we've added the vitamin-like substance choline, which has been shown to contribute to normal fat metabolism and maintain normal, healthy liver function. The trace element zinc is part of a variety of enzymes and makes a valuable contribution to a normal metabolism of fats, fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins, among others.

250 mg artichoke dry extract of which 25 mg cynarine, 125 mg milk thistle seed extract of which 100mg silymarin.
