Physiological function of nutrients

Biotin, niacin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Zinc contributes to the preservation of normal nails, together with biotin, to the preservation of normal hair.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and a reduction in fatigue and fatigue.

Recommended intake
Drink 1 drinking ampoule (25ml) daily before a meal diluted with water or drink undiluted. Shake the drinking ampoule well before eating.
