The basic building blocks of the nervous system are the nerve cells (neurons), which are connected by so-called contact or connection points, the synapses. Nerve cells have the task of sending impulses and stimuli to other cells in our organism. The couriers of our messages are called neurotransmitters in biology. Nervous system disorders have many faces and no age limit. In the little ones, mental performance weaknesses show up as AD(H)S, in adults, e.g. as depression or burnout. Even if the clinical pictures show different age groups and different symptoms, they still have one cause in common: unhealthy nutrition. This leads to a lack of structural substance for our nervous system and a lack of messenger substances (neurotransmitters) for our nervous system.
