MAP amino acids by Prof. Dr. M. Luca-Moretti. MAP is the abbreviation for Master Amino Acid Pattern and is a unique composition of the eight essential, i.e. vital amino acids (free and crystalline). For replenishing the amino acid pool with intense muscle exertion, especially for athletes.

MAP is made from plant sources and is 100% natural.

Unlike food proteins or protein supplements, MAP™ does not produce metabolic waste.
MAP™ is supplied in doses of 120 presses of 1000 mg for oral use.
MAP™ can be easily absorbed in both tablet and powder form. However, in the case of gastrointestinal problems, MAP™ should be crushed to powder for better absorption.
MAP™ is digested within 23 minutes of ingestion.

Recommended intake
As needed 5 - 10 tablets/presslings per day with a glass of water.

Recommended use for non-athletes:
5 presslings MAP™ per day (or as recommended by a doctor or therapist), preferably during a meal.

Recommended use for athletes:
Amateur athletes: 5 to 10 presspieces MAP™ 30 to 45 minutes before physical stress, in conjunction with the daily need for vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Competitive athletes: 5 to 10 presspieces MAP™ 30 to 45 minutes before physical stress, in combination with the daily need for vitamins, minerals and trace elements. In addition, 10 presslings MAP™ during the next meal (lunch or dinner).
