Triphala plays an important role in the Ayurvedic diet and medicine for centuries.
Triphala is made from three fruits to equal parts:
- Haritaki = Terminalia chebula => regulated the vata energy.
- Bibitaki = Terminalia belerica => regulated the kapha energy.
- Amalaki = Emblica officinalis => regulated the Pitta energy.
Recommendation for use
2 x 1 capsule daily before meals with a glass of water as a dietary supplement.
Ingredients per daily dose (=2 capsules)
500 mg Triphala concentrate consists of terminalia bellirica (belleric myrobalan), chebulic myrobalan (terminalla chebula), indian gooseberry (emblica officinalis), natriumdicalciumphosphate, silica, vegetable cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant origin).
