Organic Hemp Nut Oil "SO HEALTHY"

Rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Optimal omega-3 and omega-6 source.

For one litre of our hemp nut oil, more than six kilos of hemp seeds are required. The valuable oil is extracted in gentle cold pressing. This preserves all valuable ingredients (vitamins, carotenoids, chlorophylls, unsaturated fatty acids) completely. The phytochemicals (carotenoids) and vitamin E have an antioxidant effect, provide the characteristic greenish-brown color and protect the sensitive, unsaturated fatty acids. In addition to the many "anti-aging ingredients", the high content of omega-3 fatty acids - which is otherwise only found in fatty sea fish - makes the oil nutritionally so valuable.

Hemp nut oil does well and tastes good - the optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids (3:1) is beneficial for the cardiovascular system and helps to control cholesterol and triglyceride levels. 1-2 tablespoons of hemp oil are enough to fully meet a person's total daily needs for the most important essential fatty acids. Our hemp nut oil is therefore a good alternative for vegans / vegetarians or for people who rarely have fish meals on the menu. Due to the high gamma-linolenic acid content (> 4%) it is also used internally as well as externally, in sensitive, dry and irritated skin.
