Espara Vitamin B12 Capsules

Dietary supplements with vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune system as well as to normal energy production, blood formation and normal Homocystein metabolismn. B12 also supports the reduction of fatigue.

Vitamin B12, in the activated form as Methylcobalamin particularly effective, has manifold tasks in the human organism.

Recommendation for use
Consume 1x daily 1 capsule with a glass of water in the morning before breakfast
