Espara dietary supplement with vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12 in activated form) for nerves and energy metabolism.

Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, B12, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Recommendation for use
Take 1 capsule 1 times a day with liquid in the morning before breakfast.

4.4 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) (400% NRV), 5.6 mg vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavine-5 ' phosphate) (400% NRV), 32 mg vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) (200% NRV), 18 mg vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) (300% NRV), 5.6 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5 ' phosphate) (400% NRV), 150 µg vitamin B7 (biotin) (300% NRV), 600 mcg vitamin B9 ((6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic glucosamine salt) (300% NRV), 25 mcg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) (1000% NRV).
