Espara Valerian Complex Capsules

Dietary supplement with the mineral magnesium, vitamin B3 (niacin) and valuable plant extracts for general support of the nervous system and mild sleep promotion.

Magnesium and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Consumption recommendation
Consume 2x 1 capsule daily or in the evening before going to bed to promote sleep 2 capsules with liquid.

40 mg valerian root extract (equivalent to 200 mg valerian root), 60 mg melissa leaf extract (equivalent to 300 mg melissa leaf), 50 mg passion flower herb extract (equivalent to 200 mg passion flower herb), 40 mg chamomile flower extract (equivalent to 160 mg chamomile flower), 187, 5 mg magnesium (50% NRV), 8 mg vitamin B3 (50% NRV).

Corresponds to the EU Directive 2002/46/EG, implemented in Austrian law by the Food Supplements Ordinance 88/2004 (in the currently valid constitution).

Magnesium oxide (33.44%), bulking agent pea fibers, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose*, lemon balm leaf extract (melissa leaf extract, carrier maltodextrin) (6.22%), passion flower extract (passion flower herb extract, carrier maltodextrin) (5.18%), Valerian root extract (valerian root extract, carrier maltodextrin) (4.15%), chamomile flower extract (chamomile flower extract, carrier maltodextrin) (4.15%), medium-chain triglycerides from coconut, niacinamide (0.83%).
