The health benefits of the papaya are known to all, but the seeds are usually thrown carelessly into the garbage. That should not be the case, because there is an enormous power in them. Papaya kernes contain protein-splitting enzymes (papain), valuable mustard oil glycosides, oleic acid, flavonoids, palmitic acid and much more.
