Containing polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are very valuable for the metabolism and the immune system.

Black cumin contains a variety of highly effective active ingredients. The most important are: Alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, sabinene, limonin, beta-thujon, borneol, arachidonic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, myristic acid, nigellin and others. Black cumin oil can be used internally as well as externally on the skin.

Recommendation for use
Consume 2 teaspoons per day before meals.
