Dietary supplements with vitamins and minerals in combination with cistus, ginger and capuchin cress to strengthen the defenses.

Vitamin C and D, selenium and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

56.1 mg natural vitamin C (70.1% NRV) from acerolafruit, 100 mg capuchin cress powder, 100 mg gingerroot extract (equivalent to 5 mg gingerol), 80 mg cistus herb extract (equivalent to 52 mg polyphenols), 10 mg zinc (100% NRV), 55 micrograms of selenium (100% NRV), 5 micrograms natural vitamin D3 (100% NRV)
