Linderung bei Reizdarm und Blähungen

Konnte sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Magen/Darm Kapseln machen. Ich leide unter einem Reizdarm und nahm deshalb auf Empfehlung die Kapseln am Abend und 1 Kapsel Espara Acidophilus ein. Meine Beschwerden verbesserten sich mit Dauer der Einnahme. Auch meine leichten Blähungen scheinen sich nun zu bessern. Werde diese Kombination auch weiterhin so einnehmen. Danke.
