Elecampane root is a pure natural product and excellent for the preparation of tea.
Elecampane (Inula helenium) belongs to the family of the Asteraceae. The tea is the most common way to apply Inula.
Give 2 teaspoons in 250ml liter of boiling water for approx. 10 minutes. Strain and drink the tea in small sips.
Inula root sliced.
Store dry and not above room temperature.
