Sonnenbalance - the new generation of light protection filters
Intensive sun protection care with Ectoin
The sun gives us well-being, but it also harbors dangers. It is important to consistently protect yourself from UV rays in order to protect the skin from premature aging and irreparable damage. The UVA and UVB protection complex used in the ECTOSAN SONNENBALANCE cream captures both types of radiation and covers them 100%. Ectoin supports the cell protection of the skin. Valuable components such as macadamia nut oil and shea butter intensively care for the skin. Ectosan Sonnenbalance restores the skin's moisture balance and makes the skin feel pleasantly supple and relaxed.

Ectoin, a natural active ingredient produced by bacteria under extreme conditions (such as in salt lakes, boiling water from geysers or the ice of Antarctica). Ectoins protect the biomolecules in the cells of the bacterium from heat, frost, drought and osmotic stress. Similarly, ectoines are used to protect the skin cells! Ectoin supports the skin's own repair and protection mechanisms against stress factors such as UV radiation, dehydration and harmful environmental influences.
Application recommendation
Apply generously 30 minutes before sunbathing. Repeat after heavy sweating or after swimming and drying off. Avoid intense midday sun. Despite using a sunscreen, do not stay in the sun for too long. Use protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25) for babies and young children.
