The Cistrose, a small evergreen shrub, is widely used in countries of the Mediterranean, especially in Greece and Turkey. In these countries the plant was already more than two thousand years folk medical used. The cistrose contains bioflavonoids.
Recommendation for use
To the internal application as a tea (enough for approx. 50 days) and for external application used as a decoction. As tea use always a teaspoon fresh with 1 liter not boiling water (approx. 80 ° C) pour over and simmer for 5 minutes. As a decoction for external use a tablespoon 5 min boil with 1/4 l of water. The decoction is stable when kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
100% dried and crushed plant parts of the grey hairy Cistrose (Cistus incanus SSP. tauricus). From wild collection, cut, without fertilization.
