Holistic cleansing with milk thistle, artichokes, dandelion, organic nettle capsules and aloe vera essence.

It is recommended to drink sufficient tap water throughout the treatment (as a rule of thumb at least 30ml of water per body kilogram). In addition, you can also take care of a balanced diet to support it. Reduce your sugar and fat consumption, drink no alcohol and renouncing gluten-containing foods and use the time with plenty of exercise in fresh air.

Organic nettle: With the classic herb (whole leaf) from wild collection. Hardly any local herb has as long a tradition as the nettle. Nettle was already in use with the Celts, was later appreciated by Hippocrates and appreciated by Kneipp. To this day, the nettle is popular for spring cores.

The milk thistle belongs to the family of basket blots and originally comes from the Mediterranean. The artichoke originates from the Arab region and is also a basket bloomer plant or a thistle plant.

The aloe vera is known for its cleansing effect on the digestive system.

Recommendation for use

Nettle: Take 3x 2 capsules daily 30 minutes before a meal with liquid
Milk thistle: Take 3x 1 capsule daily 30 minutes before a meal with liquid
Aloe Vera Essence: Take 2 times a day 15 drops 30 minutes before a meal (drizzle under the tongue or take with water). Shake before use.
