Try this oil that is traditionally used for centuries in Russia. Since time immemorial, the precious oil is produced from the cedar nuts, it is bright amber colour and tastes pleasantly nutty. As far as the taste, so the cedar nut oil can compete easily with the best varieties of olive and almond oils. Therefore the gourmet kitchen with this ecologically pure product is impossible to imagine. Of course the oil is obtained by cold pressing, so that the vital ingredients of cedar nuts are preserved. It is not good for heating therefore you should use it only for cold or slightly warm food. This precious elixir of old believers and shaman was known to us in our childhood only from books. Also their cold pressing in the larger size was made possible only with the mechanical peeling of seeds (Cedar nut) of Siberian cedar (pinus sibirica). Organic fine cuisine should not be missed in the cedar nut oil!
Consume up to 3x 1 teaspoon (3 ml) daily or with meals. Especially delicious fresh, colourful salads, slightly warm dishes and raw food dishes that require a high quality oil.

You can replace virtually any vegetable oil with cedar nut oil, it yourself can however be replaced fully by no other. There are 26% just saturated fat and over 65% poly unsaturated fatty acids. Cedar nut oil is one of the few oils that have a high content of vitamin E (approx. 30mg per 100g). Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
Cedar nut oil is no substitute for a balanced diet. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Store dry and not above room temperature and out of the reach of children.
