Sleeping environment
Prerequisites for a restful sleep are absolutely dark, well-ventilated rooms. The temperature should ideally be 18 to 20 degrees. Avoid electric smog and banish light sources or electrical appliances from your bedroom, turn off your wifi overnight and don't forget to fly the flight mode of smartphones and co. Ideally, turn off your mobile phone or electrical equipment. Your computer has been shutting down some time before the planned bed rest: According to theories, the blue light of the display prevents the body from getting tired. Choosing the mattress and bed can also be crucial. For example, beds made of wood and natural materials and mattresses adapted to the body are recommended. Noise is also always a stress load, specially adapted earplugs with integrated filters eliminate dull noise. Exercise should not be exercised too late at night, so that the body still has sufficient time for regeneration. Negative stress also makes you feel badly rested - here it is recommended to pay additional attention to the intake of magnesium, B vitamins and adaptogenic plant extracts. The "sleep hormone" melatonin is a body's own substance that influences and harmonizes the day-night rhythm of our body. Only when it is dark does the body produce melatonin. By the way, with age, the ability to produce melatonin decreases, which can disrupt the sleep rhythm. Frequent travel, time shifts and night work also affect melatonin metabolism – falling asleep and waking up at night can also result. The intake of melatonin helps to shorten the sleep time.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a plant-based substance derived from hemp. CBD is not intoxicating and is known for its balancing, relaxing and harmonizing effects on the organism. Melatonin and cannabidiol complement each other optimally and behave synergistically. Valuable hemp seed oil is a natural carrier of the fat-soluble substances (melatonin, cannabidiol) and ensures a particularly good absorption of the ingredients in the body. The oil capsules are gelatin-free and therefore vegan.
CBD Sleep is not addictive and there are no habituation effects.
Recommended intake
Take 1x2 capsules about 30 min before the night's rest with a little distance from the last meal. In some cases, the desired effect occurs after the first intake. Some users first report positive results after 2 to 6 weeks.
