Vitamin C and zinc are important for a functioning immune system. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron in the body in addition and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The trace element zinc contributes to a normal acid - bases, carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism. As part of the more than 200 enzyme systems, zinc is essential for a healthy and powerful body.

Each vitamin C + zinc long term capsule contains 300mg of vitamin C and 5mg of zinc in a special capsule development. This puts its contents slowly, spread throughout the day, free and provides longer time so the body with the optimal amount of vitamin C and zinc.

Recommendation for use
Consume 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid. Not suitable for children and young people under 17 years of age.
