OPC 65 contains a high-quality grape seed polyphenol powder in vegetable "vegetarian" cellulose capsules, without flavorings, preservatives or dyes. OPC 65 is 100% vegetarian.

Recommended use
Take 1-2 capsules daily (shortly after meal) with liquid.
